Hello my fellow under-agers. I'm sure you have all noticed, Westminster is not the "most happening" city. There is always our favorite bars Ernie s , Down Under & Rafael's. But unless you are 21 or have a decent fake, forget about it. But do not fret, I myself have gotten rejected at Down Under enough times...believe me, I feel your pain. Lucky for all of us though, less than 30 minutes from here is Baltimore, with an infinite amount of clubs, concerts and events waiting for you enjoy and you can find out about all the hottest Baltimore Spots for the under 21 crowd here at *Be More BALTIMORE*!!!
